Also called lubid-lubid (“rope-rope”), shakoy is the colloquial term that Filipinos used for long-shaped pastries more commonly known as twisted donuts. It’s a soft version of the crunchy pilipit. Shakoy is dusted with sugar. Spelling variations: siyakoy, syakoy
